How to take it
Adults: Take 1 to 3 millilitres at or before bedtime.

Great for getting to sleep

My son is autistic and has difficulty going to sleep at night. He also has problems with taking pills and eating foods. This liquid formulation has a mild flavour that my son has no problems with. I really appreciate that I can order this online as it is difficult to find suitable melatonin for my son in stores.

bonjour a tous pour moi la mélatonine a trés bien fonctionner je dors beaucoup mieux et je me lève beaucoup moins la nuit. je c'est me lève encore un petit peux trop tôt mais c'est beaucoup mieux que avant vraiment. je vous conseille vraiment la mélatonine pour mieux dormir c'est naturelle et ca fonctionne a merveille. merci Adrien Gagnon
